Shotgun and website order
Short bit about the shotgun. It was exactly as represented and what I was looking for. I haven't been able to shoot it yet, need time to clean it up first as always. What I really want to spend time on is the website. There some indicators that this might not be a legit site and any orders may go down the rabbit hole, along with your money. I can say that is NOT the case in my order. They were great about acknowledging the order, letting me know when the gun was shipped. Gave me tracking to watch as it traveled to me, and even sent me an e-mail when it was received by my FFL. Ordering on the web is never perfect. There will be issues with any place that you do not walk in, handle the product, and walk out with what you want. But, my experience with Sportsman Fulfillment was great. Couldn't find a better price any where and am very satisfied with my purchase.
Returns
General Merchandise
Most items sold by Sportsman Fulfillment can be returned within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. All returns require a return authorization which can be obtained using our CONTACT US page. The product needs to be returned new and in the original package with all tags, warranty papers, accessories and original invoice to:

Firearms
Please inspect the firearm carefully before taking possession from your dealer. If there are any issues email us and we can arrange to have the firearm returned. After we receive and inspect the firearm you will be given a choice of a refund or a replacement if available.
We reserve the right to deduct return shipping fees and add a restock fee to your refund depending upon the reason of the return. Refund fees on firearms are typically $40.00 Once you take possession of the firearm any warranty issues or defects need to be directed to the manufacturer of the firearm.
Other Issues
If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item email us immediately so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Shipping
Orders Monday through Friday will ship within 2 business days. In rare instances a product may require additional shipping time.
Unless a different shipping option is selected, items with FREE SHIPPING under 1LB ship USPS First Class and items between 1-3 LBS ship USPS Priority Mail.
Firearms ordered online from our website ship for a flat fee of $15 each via UPS. Firearms will be shipped within 48 hours of when the transfer FFL is received and processed.
All orders that include ammunition must ship UPS Ground.
