Like its 5.56 NATO counterpart, the HK MR762A1 is a direct descendent of the HK416/417 series, only in a semi-automatic rifle configuration developed for civilian users. It is assembled in the USA using US and German-made components and uses many of the same parts and assemblies developed for the legendary HK416 and 417. The H&K MR762A1 uses a proprietary HK short-stroke gas piston in place of the direct-gas-impingement system found on lesser AR15 rifles that propels exhaust gas into the upper receiver to operate the action. In the closed HK piston system, exhaust gasses never enter the receiver, which means the Heckler & Koch runs cooler, cleaner and more reliably. And when adverse conditions, like dust, sand and mud are introduced, the advantage of the HK system becomes even more drastic. That is why so many of the worlds elite military and law-enforcement customers have absolute trust in their HKs.

General Merchandise

Most items sold by Sportsman Fulfillment can be returned within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. All returns require a return authorization which can be obtained using our CONTACT US page. The product needs to be returned new and in the original package with all tags, warranty papers, accessories and original invoice to:

Firearms

Please inspect the firearm carefully before taking possession from your dealer. If there are any issues email us and we can arrange to have the firearm returned. After we receive and inspect the firearm you will be given a choice of a refund or a replacement if available.

We reserve the right to deduct return shipping fees and add a restock fee to your refund depending upon the reason of the return. Refund fees on firearms are typically $40.00 Once you take possession of the firearm any warranty issues or defects need to be directed to the manufacturer of the firearm.

If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item email us immediately so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Orders Monday through Friday will ship within 2 business days. In rare instances a product may require additional shipping time.

Unless a different shipping option is selected, items with FREE SHIPPING under 1LB ship USPS First Class and items between 1-3 LBS ship USPS Priority Mail.

Firearms ordered online from our website ship for a flat fee of $15 each via UPS. Firearms will be shipped within 48 hours of when the transfer FFL is received and processed.

All orders that include ammunition must ship UPS Ground.
