The secret behind the Slotted Kisser Button is the unique blend of materials that make up the kisser button. The material is soft while others are hard plastic. Hard plastic does not allow you to flex into position. With the Pine Ridge Archery softer, yet super-strong material, the kisser is flexible and more comfortable on the lip. The Slotted Kisser Buttons are made of soft material, but they have the slit in the side allowing you to install the kisser without removing the string from the bow. These innovative designs can quickly be put on the string, saving archers and pro shops time. They are soft so they won't irritate the corner of the mouth and they look great. The Pine Ridge Archery Kisser Buttons also help eliminate bow string noise and squelch string vibration thanks to the soft, durable material they are molded from.

General Merchandise

Most items sold by Sportsman Fulfillment can be returned within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. All returns require a return authorization which can be obtained using our CONTACT US page. The product needs to be returned new and in the original package with all tags, warranty papers, accessories and original invoice to:

All refunds will be issued via the same manner the order was originally paid for.

Firearms

Please inspect the firearm carefully before taking possession from your dealer. If there are any issues email us and we can arrange to have the firearm returned. After we receive and inspect the firearm you will be given a choice of a refund or a replacement if available.

We reserve the right to deduct return shipping fees and add a restock fee to your refund depending upon the reason of the return. Refund fees on firearms are typically $40.00 Once you take possession of the firearm any warranty issues or defects need to be directed to the manufacturer of the firearm.

Other Issues

If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item email us immediately so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Orders Monday through Friday will ship within 2 business days. In rare instances a product may require additional shipping time.

Unless a different shipping option is selected, items with FREE SHIPPING under 1LB ship USPS First Class and items between 1-3 LBS ship USPS Priority Mail.

Firearms ordered online from our website ship for a flat fee of $15 each via UPS. Firearms will be shipped within 48 hours of when the transfer FFL is received and processed.

All orders that include ammunition must ship UPS Ground.
