Package of eighteen; ten inch long, 52 MM collagen sausage casings. Strong, yet thin walled casing is permeable to smoke and moisture. Elastic casings shrink with sausage during smoking and curing. Made from non-edible protein fibers. Casings measure 10 inches long by 2 inches in diameter. Made in Germany
