The Springfield Armory Hellcat Magazine is a standard factory replacement magazine. This magazine is for Hellcat Models chambered in 9mm Luger and holds 13 rounds of ammunition. It is made from high quality alloy steel with a polymer follower and polymer base plate. The exterior of the magazine features a natural finish. Additionally it is worth noting that the magazine is made to Springfield's specifications and tolerances, using the same manufacturing process and materials as the original equipment magazines which shipped with your firearm. This will ensure not only a perfect fit but exceptional operation.

General Merchandise

Most items sold by Sportsman Fulfillment can be returned within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. All returns require a return authorization which can be obtained using our CONTACT US page. The product needs to be returned new and in the original package with all tags, warranty papers, accessories and original invoice to:

All refunds will be issued via the same manner the order was originally paid for.

Firearms

Please inspect the firearm carefully before taking possession from your dealer. If there are any issues email us and we can arrange to have the firearm returned. After we receive and inspect the firearm you will be given a choice of a refund or a replacement if available.

We reserve the right to deduct return shipping fees and add a restock fee to your refund depending upon the reason of the return. Refund fees on firearms are typically $40.00 Once you take possession of the firearm any warranty issues or defects need to be directed to the manufacturer of the firearm.

Other Issues

If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item email us immediately so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Shipping

Orders Monday through Friday will ship within 2 business days. In rare instances a product may require additional shipping time.

Unless a different shipping option is selected, items with FREE SHIPPING under 1LB ship USPS First Class and items between 1-3 LBS ship USPS Priority Mail.

Firearms ordered online from our website ship for a flat fee of $15 each via UPS. Firearms will be shipped within 48 hours of when the transfer FFL is received and processed.

All orders that include ammunition must ship UPS Ground.
