WESTON Patty Paper, 1000 Sheets

Weston Patty Paper is restaurant-grade, wax-infused paper designed to separate hamburger and other ground meat patties for storing and freezing. The paper makes it easier to separate frozen patties and helps to prevent them from sticking together when freezing. The patty paper is compatible with many burger presses, including the Weston Single Burger Press 07-0301 (sold separately), the Weston Burger Press with Patty Ejector 07-0310-W (sold separately), and the Weston Double Burger Press 07-0701 (also sold separately).
