Caldwell ClayCopter Hand-Held Electric Target Launcher Gray

The Caldwell ClayCopter Hand-Held Thrower is a compact, motorized target launcher designed to create varied presentations for recreational clay shooting and practical wing-shooting practice. Rather than relying on a fixed base or a manually tensioned throwing arm, this portable launcher gives the operator direct control over the direction, angle, speed and timing of each presentation. Its electric motor spins compatible Caldwell ClayCopter target discs at speeds of up to 15,000 RPM before releasing them, producing dynamic flight paths at distances of up to 100 yards. The launcher can send either one target or two targets at a time, allowing shooters to work on individual presentations or more demanding pairs. A variable-speed control makes it possible to adjust target speed and distance to suit the available shooting area and the experience level of the shooter. Power comes from a removable, rechargeable lithium-ion battery pack capable of supporting up to 300 target launches on one charge, reducing the need for cords or a permanently installed power source. The battery can also be removed when the launcher is being transported or stored. The handheld configuration makes it easy for the operator to change target angles and directions between throws, helping prevent repetitive presentations and adding useful variety to each practice session. This gray ClayCopter launcher works with Caldwell ClayCopter discs in both 90mm and 110mm sizes, providing compatibility with the two target formats offered for the system. ClayCopter targets are sold separately, so shooters can select the appropriate size and quantity for their intended practice. Weighing approximately three pounds, the launcher offers a portable alternative to larger traditional target throwers and can be carried in many range bags or backpacks. It is a practical choice for shotgun shooters who want an easily transported, rechargeable system for creating single or double aerial target presentations without setting up a bulky stationary thrower.
