CRKT M21 G10 Large Folding Knife 3.98" Plain Edge Black

The CRKT M21 G10 Large Folding Knife is a substantial everyday work knife designed by renowned knifemaker Kit Carson. This plain-edge configuration uses a 3.98-inch spear-point blade made from 1.4116 stainless steel, giving the knife a versatile cutting profile for opening packages, trimming cord, preparing materials and handling routine outdoor or jobsite cutting tasks. A corrosion-resistant coating covers the blade, while its 0.14-inch thickness contributes to the sturdy feel expected from a full-size folder. The black G10 handle provides a textured gripping surface and includes the M21 series’ distinctive open-frame styling. At 5.34 inches closed and 9.31 inches fully open, this is a large folding knife with ample handle space and a product weight of 6.4 ounces. Its size makes it especially well suited to users who prefer a more substantial cutting tool rather than an ultralight pocket knife. The Carson flipper allows the blade to be started quickly with one hand and also forms a guard ahead of the grip when the knife is open. A liner lock secures the blade during use, and CRKT’s automated liner safety places an additional barrier against unintended lock disengagement. Closing the knife requires releasing the safety before moving the liner lock, a configuration intended to add security during demanding cutting work. The folding design keeps the blade contained when stored, while the removable pocket clip offers a practical carrying option. With its large plain-edge blade, black G10 scales and added locking safeguard, the M21 G10 is configured as a capable utility folder for daily chores, camping equipment kits, workshop use and other situations where a full-size folding knife is preferred.
