The Legendary Gear Nose Dive is a double-reed duck call developed for waterfowl hunters who need a practical combination of range, responsiveness, and straightforward operation in the field. This Olive Drab Matte version is made from 100% solid cast acrylic, giving the call a dense, precisely machinable body designed to support consistent sound production. Its subdued green finish fits naturally with waterfowl hunting equipment while clearly distinguishing this exact variant from the other acrylic colors offered in the Nose Dive series. The double-reed configuration produces the full, raspy character commonly used for convincing duck vocalizations, with particular emphasis on speed and control at the lower end of its range. That balance makes the Nose Dive approachable for developing callers while retaining the responsiveness experienced hunters need when changing cadence, volume, and intensity as birds work toward the spread. An ergonomically shaped body provides a secure, comfortable position in the hand, helping the hunter maintain control while calling from a blind, boat, flooded timber, field edge, or other waterfowl setting. Each call is personally hand-tuned by designer and professional hunter George Lynch rather than leaving the final sound entirely to the machining process. The call measures approximately 4.25 inches long and 1.125 inches across at its widest published dimensions, so it remains compact enough for convenient placement on a waterfowl lanyard. At a published product weight of 2.4 ounces, it adds little bulk to a working call setup. For hunters assembling a versatile duck-calling system, the Nose Dive combines a premium acrylic body, proven double-reed layout, controlled handling, and a broad raspy range in a low-profile Olive Drab Matte configuration.
