With the dual sensor thermometer and timer, you can measure the internal temperature of the meat and the temperature of the oven at the same time. Preset the internal temperature and the alarm sounds when the preset temperature is reached. Stainless Steel thermometer probe with long 45" cable. Thermometer temperature range is 32 degrees F to 572 degrees F. When cooking in a barbecue or smoker, do not use as a continuous read thermometer, use only as an instant read thermometer.
