The MTM Case-Gard AC15 Mini Ammo Can is a compact storage container designed for transporting and organizing bulk ammunition, boxed handgun ammunition, emergency supplies, batteries, tools, boating essentials and other small valuables. This exact AC15-35 version comes in bright orange for easy identification among other range boxes, workshop containers or stored equipment. Its molded polypropylene plastic body provides a practical balance of durability and low weight, while the comfortable top handle makes the container convenient to carry between a storage area, vehicle and shooting range. A heavy-duty front latch holds the lid closed, and double padlock tabs allow the user to add a suitable lock when additional security is desired. The tongue-and-groove lid incorporates an O-ring seal to help resist water during normal storage and transport. The can is intended for dry storage and is not designed to be submerged. Molded ridges allow multiple compatible cans to stack neatly, making efficient use of shelf, cabinet or vehicle space. With outside measurements of 8.4 by 4.4 by 6.8 inches and inside measurements of 6.7 by 3.4 by 5.9 inches, this mini can is easy to handle without sacrificing useful capacity. Depending on cartridge configuration, it can accommodate up to 700 rounds of loose 9mm ammunition, 400 rounds of loose .45 ACP or .223 ammunition, 100 boxed 28-gauge or .410 shotshells, or 60 loose 2-3/4-inch 12-gauge shells. Its rated 12-pound carrying capacity supports common range and utility-storage tasks while helping users avoid the excessive weight associated with larger, fully loaded ammunition cans. Made in the USA, the AC15 is well suited to shooters, hunters, anglers, campers and homeowners who need a compact, stackable and highly visible container for organized dry storage.
