Ravin .003 Carbon Crossbow Arrows provide a factory-designed option for hunters and target shooters using compatible Ravin crossbows. This package contains three 20-inch arrows built from 100 percent pure carbon, giving each shaft the construction and configuration intended for Ravin’s crossbow platform. The shafts are manufactured to a .003-inch straightness tolerance to support consistent arrow flight when sighting in at the range, practicing before the season or preparing equipment for a hunt. Each arrow reaches a finished weight of 400 grains when fitted with a 100-grain field tip. Field tips are not included, allowing the shooter to select an appropriate 100-grain point for the intended application. The arrows arrive fitted with 2-inch high-profile offset vanes that help stabilize flight, along with high-impact brass threaded inserts for installing compatible field points or broadheads. High-impact aluminum nock bushings reinforce the rear assembly, while Ravin-engineered polymer clip-on nocks provide the nock configuration required by compatible Ravin crossbows. Because arrow and nock selection are important to safe crossbow operation, these arrows should be used only with the Ravin models for which they are designed and only with Ravin-branded clip-on nocks. This R338 three-pack is compatible with Ravin crossbows other than the R500 Series; R500 owners require arrows specifically made for that platform. The combination of carbon shafts, matched components and a defined straightness tolerance makes this pack a practical choice for replacing damaged or lost arrows, assembling a hunting set or keeping additional practice arrows ready. Before every shot, inspect the shaft, vanes, inserts, bushings and nocks for damage, and confirm that the installed point produces the specified 400-grain finished arrow weight.
