Great Value
It's difficult to beat the value this bundle provides. Sportsman has one of the better deals on the internet. Received the firearm in a timely fashion. Five mags are nice. The bag is roomy enough to carry an additional pistol. The 1st aid kit is a nice touch. The pistol has received rave reviews on YT. The iron sights are good. Good grip, good capacity. Easy to conceal. A little snappier than I thought it would be.
The only real complaint: The red dot plate screws SUCK!!!! They don't take any standard/metric torx or hex key/allen wrench. Check the 'net for workarounds or go to a gunsmith.
Summary: No problems with the seller. Only real problem with the pistol is the screws holding the red dot plate. -
S&W Shield Plus OR magazine and bug out bag combo
Great value; Shield Plus is one of the top micro 9s, this adds night sights, optic ready, and 3 extra 13 rd mags. Mags are hard to fully load, at least so far, so I'm glad I have a ULU. The bag is high quality but small making for a minimalist BO bag, but the First Aid kit is a joke; some bandaids, alcohol and sting wipes, and some mole skin. Needs a tourniquet and blood clot powder.

Most items sold by Sportsman Fulfillment can be returned within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. All returns require a return authorization which can be obtained using our CONTACT US page. The product needs to be returned new and in the original package with all tags, warranty papers, accessories and original invoice to:

Firearms
Please inspect the firearm carefully before taking possession from your dealer. If there are any issues email us and we can arrange to have the firearm returned. After we receive and inspect the firearm you will be given a choice of a refund or a replacement if available.
We reserve the right to deduct return shipping fees and add a restock fee to your refund depending upon the reason of the return. Refund fees on firearms are typically $40.00 Once you take possession of the firearm any warranty issues or defects need to be directed to the manufacturer of the firearm.
Other Issues
If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item email us immediately so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Shipping
Orders Monday through Friday will ship within 2 business days. In rare instances a product may require additional shipping time.
Unless a different shipping option is selected, items with FREE SHIPPING under 1LB ship USPS First Class and items between 1-3 LBS ship USPS Priority Mail.
Firearms ordered online from our website ship for a flat fee of $15 each via UPS. Firearms will be shipped within 48 hours of when the transfer FFL is received and processed.
All orders that include ammunition must ship UPS Ground.
