Tactacam REVEAL FlexPack R5 5,000mAh Rechargeable Battery

The Tactacam REVEAL FlexPack R5 Power System is a rechargeable battery designed specifically for compatible REVEAL 4.0 trail cameras. It provides hunters, property managers and wildlife observers with a reusable alternative to operating supported cameras with disposable AA batteries. The built-in lithium-ion battery supplies 5,000mAh at 7.2 volts through a two-cell 21700 configuration, providing a compact power source that fits into the camera’s modular battery compartment. This exact R5 model is compatible with the REVEAL Pro 4.0, REVEAL X 4.0 and REVEAL Pro 4.0 Solar. It is not intended for earlier REVEAL 3.0 cameras. A quick-swap design allows the pack to be removed for charging or exchanged in the field without requiring a separate external battery box. The pack uses a DC barrel jack connection and can also integrate with compatible REVEAL solar power accessories for longer camera deployments. An accessible power button and indicator lights help the user check the pack while preparing equipment or servicing a camera. Charging takes approximately 3.5 hours when the included USB-C cable is connected to a suitable 5-volt, 3-amp power source. The weather-resistant housing is made for outdoor scouting conditions, with a published operating range of 4 to 140 degrees Fahrenheit and an operating humidity range of 5 to 95 percent. Measuring 94 by 52 by 71 millimeters and weighing 9 ounces, the FlexPack R5 adds rechargeable power without unnecessary external wiring or a bulky remote battery arrangement. Tactacam states that it can replace up to 1,000 disposable AA batteries over its service life, helping reduce repeated battery changes during long-term monitoring. The package contains one FlexPack R5 battery power system and one USB-C charging cable; a camera, solar panel and charging adapter are not included.
