The Templar Knife Gen II US Flag Large OTF Knife is a full-size automatic utility knife designed for convenient everyday cutting tasks and distinctive patriotic styling. This exact configuration pairs a silver-finished, 3.5-inch drop-point blade with a handle decorated in a weathered United States flag pattern. The drop-point profile provides a practical combination of a controllable tip and useful cutting edge for common jobs such as opening cartons, trimming material, cutting cord and handling other routine tasks around the home, shop or outdoors. Its blade is made from 440C stainless steel, the standard blade material used for the Gen II series, and retracts into the handle when the knife is closed. The out-the-front format keeps the cutting edge enclosed during storage while placing the operating control directly on the handle for quick access. Templar Knife uses a premium metal-alloy handle for this weighted Gen II model, giving the large knife a substantial feel in the hand. At 8.2 ounces, it is intended for users who prefer a solid, full-size automatic knife rather than an ultralight pocket design. A pocket clip supports convenient carry, while the glass breaker positioned at the rear adds another practical tool to the knife’s configuration. Texturing and shaped edges along the handle provide defined contact areas without obscuring the flag artwork. The combination of the US flag finish, silver drop-point blade and large weighted chassis makes this variant easy to distinguish from the company’s smaller, slimmer and alternate-blade models. Templar Knife backs the Gen II series with a limited lifetime warranty. Automatic-knife ownership and carry regulations vary by location, so purchasers should review all applicable laws before ordering, carrying or using this OTF knife.
