Templar Knife Premium Slim Herringbone Tanto Damascus OTF Knife

The Templar Knife Premium Lightweight Slim Herringbone OTF combines a distinctive gloss-patterned handle with a Damascus tanto blade in a narrow, practical automatic-knife configuration. This exact model uses a 3.16-inch plain-edge tanto blade, providing an angular point and straight cutting sections suited to controlled everyday cutting tasks. Its Damascus construction features a VG10 core and 67 folds, creating the layered appearance that distinguishes the blade while preserving a functional cutting edge. The blade deploys from the front of the handle, allowing the knife to maintain a straight, compact profile when closed and making it a convenient option for everyday carry where automatic knives are permitted. The slim handle measures 4.93 inches, while the knife reaches 8.09 inches with the blade extended. At 3.5 ounces, it provides a lightweight carry profile without giving up the full-length grip offered by the Premium Slim platform. Templar Knife machines the 6061-T6 aged aluminum handle inside and out from a solid billet, supporting close component fit and smooth operation. The black gloss herringbone pattern adds raised directional texture across the handle and gives this variant a recognizable appearance that differs from the company’s solid-color and printed models. A sliding actuator is positioned along the spine for straightforward thumb access, while the integrated pocket clip keeps the knife secure and accessible during carry. A glass breaker is fitted at the rear of the handle as an additional emergency-use feature. This model is a practical choice for collectors and experienced knife owners seeking a slim Templar OTF with an upgraded Damascus blade, lightweight aluminum construction and a distinctive textured finish. Owners should confirm and follow all applicable state and local restrictions governing automatic knives before carrying or using it.
