TenPoint TX 440 & TX Ultra 26.5 Replacement Crossbow String

The TenPoint replacement crossbow string is a factory component made for the TenPoint TX 440 and TX Ultra 26.5 crossbows. It provides the correct model-specific replacement when the original bowstring becomes worn, damaged, or due for routine maintenance. Supplied in a pre-twisted configuration, the string is prepared to help simplify proper setup while retaining the factory configuration intended for these high-performance crossbow platforms. This item is the bowstring only and should not be confused with the separate cable set used by the same crossbow models. Selecting the correct component is especially important with a crossbow because strings and cables that appear similar may be engineered for entirely different limb, cam, or power-system configurations. TenPoint identifies this specific string for both the TX 440 and TX Ultra 26.5 in its current string and cable reference information, making it a practical choice for owners who want an original factory replacement rather than an aftermarket substitute. TenPoint also warns that using aftermarket strings or cables on its ACUslide Series crossbows can void the crossbow warranty, so this genuine component helps maintain the intended factory parts configuration. A crossbow string is a wear item that should be inspected regularly for damaged fibers, separation, or serving wear and replaced whenever its condition calls for service. Correct installation and adjustment are essential to safe crossbow operation, and owners who do not have the appropriate equipment or experience should arrange installation through a qualified crossbow technician or authorized service center. Whether kept with maintenance supplies or purchased for an immediate string change, this replacement provides exact compatibility for the designated TenPoint models without including an unnecessary cable set.
