Vertx VTAC 18-Inch Rifle Case It's Black

The Vertx VTAC 18-Inch Rifle Case is a compact soft-sided carrying solution designed for transporting rifles measuring up to 18 inches, making it well suited to short-barreled platforms and other compact configurations that fit within its verified interior dimensions. This It's Black variant measures 19.7 inches wide by 12.6 inches high on the exterior, while the interior measures 19.3 inches wide by 11.8 inches high with a 3.5-inch-deep main compartment. The case is constructed from durable 420D nylon ripstop and uses a polycarbonate exterior coating that can be wiped clean and resists water and stains. A lightweight polyurethane coating on the interior adds another measure of water resistance for everyday trips to the range, vehicle transport and organized storage. The main compartment includes a hook-and-loop weapon retention system that helps hold the firearm in position, while loop lining throughout the compartments allows the interior arrangement to be adapted with compatible hook-backed accessories. Two exterior pouches open with 270-degree zippers, providing broad access to magazines, tools, protective equipment and other range essentials. Each front pocket measures 9.8 inches wide by 11 inches high and offers 2 inches of depth. YKK zippers are used throughout the case, and the main compartment zipper pulls are lockable for use with a suitable user-supplied lock. Carrying options include an adjustable VTAC sling-style strap for hands-free transport and external handles with a hook-and-loop wrap for a secure grip. A reinforced bottom supports the areas most exposed to repeated placement and travel, while the hot-pull tab provides a convenient point for quickly opening the case. Dual write bars on the front make it easier to identify the contents without opening each compartment.
