Walnut Creek Foods Jumbo Cherry Licorice Twists offer a chewy, cherry-flavored candy in a convenient 8-ounce bag. The bright red twists provide a familiar licorice-style shape and a fruity alternative to traditional black licorice. Each piece measures approximately 7 inches long, making these jumbo twists easy to enjoy one at a time without the small, bite-size format of many packaged candies. A bag contains approximately 24 pieces, or about six servings, so it is a practical choice for keeping in the pantry, packing with lunch, sharing during a road trip, or setting out with other sweets at a gathering. The uniform red color also makes these twists suitable for candy dishes, party favors, dessert displays, and red-themed celebrations. Their long format can be served whole or cut into smaller sections when arranging a snack tray. The recipe is based on enriched wheat flour, corn syrup, high-fructose corn syrup, sugar, water, modified corn starch, artificial cherry flavor, and apple juice concentrate. Citric and malic acids help create the fruit-forward flavor profile, while palm oil, glycerin, soy lecithin, and soy mono- and diglycerides contribute to the candy’s characteristic chewy consistency. FD&C Red 40 provides the red coloring. This product contains wheat and soy, which should be considered when serving guests or choosing snacks for individuals with food allergies. Sold as one 8-ounce bag, this exact cherry variety belongs to the Walnut Creek Foods Jumbo Twists assortment and is identified by its red color and cherry flavor. It is a straightforward choice for anyone looking for a shareable chewy candy with generously sized pieces and classic fruit-candy appeal.
