The Kershaw Shoreline – Bass is an assisted-opening folding knife created for anglers, outdoor enthusiasts, and anyone who wants a practical everyday cutting tool with a distinctive fishing-inspired appearance. This version of the Shoreline is built around a 3-inch drop-point blade made from 8Cr13MoV stainless steel. Its plain cutting edge handles common tasks such as opening packages, trimming cord, preparing gear, and making routine cuts around camp, the workshop, or the water. A stonewashed blade finish gives the steel a subdued, broken-in appearance and helps make the signs of regular use less noticeable. A built-in flipper works with Kershaw’s assisted-opening mechanism to deploy the blade smoothly with one hand, while the liner lock holds it securely in the open position during use. The most recognizable element of this model is its green aluminum handle. Kershaw applies detailed bass artwork with its CCI image technology, creating a realistic fish pattern that follows the handle’s three-dimensional contours. Those contours are subtly shaped around the bass theme while also providing a comfortable profile in the hand. The knife measures 4.15 inches closed and 7.15 inches overall, making it compact enough for everyday pocket carry without sacrificing a useful blade length. A single-position deep-carry pocket clip is configured for right-handed, tip-up carry and keeps the folder riding low in the pocket. Black-oxide hardware complements the handle artwork and stonewashed blade.
