The Mod Archery Modsaw Replacement Blade is a practical service part for archers who cut and assemble their own arrows at home or maintain an arrow-building station in a pro shop. This is the 1.5-inch diamond-coated cutoff wheel specified for the standard Modsaw platform, including the Modsaw and Modsaw Deluxe arrow saw kits. It is the Modsaw-size blade rather than the separate 2-inch wheel used by the Modsaw PRO, making correct saw identification important before installation. Designed as a direct replacement or ready spare, the wheel restores the essential cutting component of the saw without requiring the purchase of another complete arrow-building system. The diamond-coated cutting surface is suited to the high-speed cutting work performed by the Modsaw on carbon and aluminum arrow shafts. Keeping a spare blade available is especially useful during hunting-season preparation, tournament setup, or any period when several arrow sets need to be built and an interruption would slow the workbench down. A dedicated arrow saw allows a shaft to be rotated gradually into the cutoff wheel, helping the user produce a controlled cut before proceeding to squaring, component fitting, and final assembly. Because this item is the replacement blade only, the Modsaw motor unit, rests, squaring post, spinner components, vacuum adapter, and other saw accessories are not part of the blade purchase. Installation and operation should follow the instructions for the applicable Modsaw kit, and appropriate eye, respiratory, and shop safety practices should always be used when cutting arrow shafts. Compact and easy to store with other arrow-building supplies, this genuine Mod Archery component is a useful maintenance item for keeping a compatible Modsaw ready for future arrow projects.
