Rig'Em Right Bloodline Elite Dog Vest Optifade Marsh Large

The Rig'Em Right Bloodline Elite Dog Vest is designed to help protect a working retriever during waterfowl hunts in marshes, fields and other demanding environments. This Large variant comes in GORE OPTIFADE Marsh camouflage and is sized for a dog with a 28-inch chest, measured around the widest part of the chest directly behind the front legs. Its upper section uses a three-layer construction that combines 3mm neoprene next to the dog, a thin foam layer for added flotation and a heavy-duty canvas exterior that helps shield the dog while moving through brush and briars. The chest area is made with 5mm neoprene, providing additional warmth while retaining the flexibility needed for swimming, running and climbing into a blind or boat. An athletic cut around the neck and between the front legs is intended to support natural movement while reducing the rubbing and bunching that can occur with a poorly fitted vest. The secure front closure pairs a heavy-duty zipper with a hook-and-loop cover to help keep the vest closed during active field use. A sturdy braided handle along the top gives the handler a practical gripping point when assisting the dog into a boat, blind or elevated stand. This vest is intended for properly sized hunting dogs and should be selected using the chest measurement rather than breed or body weight alone. For the best fit, measure the complete circumference of the dog's chest at its widest point behind the front legs. The Bloodline Elite combines insulation, flotation support, mobility and exterior protection in a configuration suited to retrievers working in cold water and dense waterfowl habitat.
