Rig'Em Right Bloodline Elite Dog Vest OPTIFADE Marsh X-Large

The Rig'Em Right Bloodline Elite Dog Vest is designed to help working retrievers stay warm, mobile and protected during waterfowl hunts in cold water, marsh grass and brush. This exact X-Large model comes in GORE OPTIFADE Marsh camouflage and is sized for a 30-inch chest measurement. For proper sizing, measure around the widest part of the dog's chest immediately behind the front legs. The upper portion uses a three-layer construction that places 3mm neoprene next to the dog for warmth and comfort, adds a thin foam layer for supplemental flotation, and finishes with a heavy-duty canvas exterior that helps shield the dog's body from brush and briars encountered during retrieves. The chest area uses thicker 5mm neoprene, providing insulation while retaining the flexibility needed for swimming, running and climbing into a boat or blind. An athletic cut around the neck and between the front legs is intended to improve freedom of movement while reducing the rubbing and bunching that can occur with a poorly shaped vest. A sturdy braided handle gives the handler a secure point for assisting the dog back into a boat, onto a stand or inside the blind after a retrieve. The heavy-duty zipper makes the vest straightforward to put on and remove, while a hook-and-loop flap covers the zipper to help keep the closure secured during active use. Built specifically for waterfowl hunting dogs, the Bloodline Elite combines insulating neoprene, added flotation, exterior protection and a movement-conscious fit in one practical vest. The marsh camouflage configuration is suited to open-water, wetland and field environments where the dog's outline needs to blend with surrounding cover. Careful measurement before purchase is important because the close, athletic fit is central to maintaining mobility and keeping the vest positioned correctly while the dog works.
