Bear Archery Silent Shot 58 AMO Traditional Bow String Black/Buckskin

The Bear Archery Silent Shot String is a purpose-built replacement string for traditional bow setups requiring a 58-inch AMO string. This exact Black and Buckskin configuration combines low-stretch D97 material with integrated dampening sections to help control the vibration and noise produced when the bow is shot. The dampeners are served into the string rather than supplied as loose components, providing a complete, ready-to-install arrangement without requiring the archer to position separate silencers. Synthetic-fur sections near the ends of the string help absorb residual movement around the limb-contact areas, making this design especially useful for hunters and traditional archers who want a quieter, more settled release. Bear Archery uses a continuous-loop construction for durability, straightforward maintenance, and resistance to stretching. Reducing unwanted stretch helps the string maintain a more stable setup through regular use and supports consistent brace height and arrow flight. The contrasting black and buckskin strands give the string a traditional appearance that coordinates naturally with wood, laminate, and dark-finished bows. Its looped ends allow direct mounting on a compatible traditional bow, while the pre-waxed and pre-stretched preparation helps limit the initial settling normally associated with a newly installed string. The 58-inch AMO designation refers to the compatible bow length standard rather than the string's loose, end-to-end physical measurement, so the marking on the bow should be checked before installation. Because traditional bows vary in limb-tip construction and approved string materials, the bow manufacturer's specifications should also be consulted to confirm compatibility with D97 material. Sold as a single complete bowstring, this Silent Shot variant provides a practical combination of low-stretch performance, built-in vibration control, and classic Bear Archery styling for a compatible 58-inch AMO traditional bow.
